一、协议接受

使用 Omni Widgets（以下简称”本应用”）即表示您同意本会员协议（以下简称”本协议”）的所有条款。如您不同意本协议的任何条款，请勿使用本应用的付费服务。

二、服务说明

2.1 免费功能

本应用提供基础的组件创建和编辑功能，无需付费即可使用。

2.2 付费服务

本应用提供以下付费选项：

  • 永久版：一次性购买，永久解锁所有高级功能
  • 年度订阅：按年付费，订阅期内使用所有高级功能
  • 月度订阅：按月付费，订阅期内使用所有高级功能

三、订阅条款

3.1 订阅计费

  • 订阅费用将在确认购买时从您的 Apple ID 账户中扣除
  • 订阅价格以 App Store 显示的当地货币价格为准

3.2 自动续订

  • 订阅将自动续订，除非在当前订阅期结束前至少24小时关闭自动续订
  • 续订费用将在当前订阅期结束前24小时内从您的账户中扣除
  • 续订价格与当前订阅价格相同，除非我们提前通知您价格变更

3.3 管理和取消订阅

您可以通过以下步骤管理或取消订阅：

  1. 打开 iPhone 的”设置”
  2. 点击您的 Apple ID（顶部）
  3. 点击”订阅”
  4. 选择 Omni Widgets
  5. 选择”取消订阅”或更改订阅计划

注意：取消订阅后，您仍可在当前订阅期结束前继续使用高级功能。

3.4 免费试用

  • 如提供免费试用，试用期结束后将自动转为付费订阅
  • 您可在试用期内随时取消，不会产生任何费用
  • 未使用的免费试用期在购买订阅后将被作废

四、退款政策

  • 所有购买和订阅均通过 Apple App Store 处理
  • 退款请求需通过 Apple 官方渠道提交
  • 退款政策遵循 Apple App Store 的相关规定

五、用户责任

使用本应用时，您同意：

  1. 不将本应用用于任何非法目的
  2. 不尝试破解、逆向工程或绕过应用的安全措施
  3. 不滥用本应用功能干扰其他用户或第三方服务
  4. 对您创建的组件内容负责

六、知识产权

  • 本应用及其内容（包括但不限于代码、设计、图标）的知识产权归开发者所有
  • 您创建的组件内容的知识产权归您所有
  • 您授权本应用在设备上存储和显示您创建的组件

七、免责声明

7.1 服务可用性

  • 本应用按”现状”提供，不保证服务的持续可用性
  • 我们可能会因维护、更新或不可抗力暂停服务

7.2 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内：

  • 我们不对因使用本应用造成的任何直接、间接、附带或后果性损失负责
  • 我们的最大责任不超过您在过去12个月内支付的订阅费用

八、协议修改

  • 我们保留随时修改本协议的权利
  • 重大修改将通过应用内通知或官方渠道提前告知
  • 继续使用本应用即表示您接受修改后的协议

九、终止

  • 您可随时停止使用本应用
  • 如您违反本协议，我们有权终止您的服务访问权限
  • 终止后，您已支付的费用不予退还（法律另有规定除外）

十、适用法律

本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖。如发生争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方可向开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

1. Agreement Acceptance

By using Omni Widgets (hereinafter referred to as “the App”), you agree to all terms of this Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”). If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, please do not use the App’s paid services.

2. Service Description

2.1 Free Features

The App provides basic widget creation and editing features that can be used without payment.

2.2 Paid Services

The App offers the following paid options:

  • Lifetime: One-time purchase, permanently unlock all premium features
  • Annual Subscription: Pay yearly, access all premium features during subscription period
  • Monthly Subscription: Pay monthly, access all premium features during subscription period

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Subscription Billing

  • Subscription fees will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
  • Subscription prices are based on local currency prices displayed in the App Store

3.2 Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Renewal fees will be charged to your account within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
  • Renewal price is the same as the current subscription price unless we notify you of a price change in advance

3.3 Managing and Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription by following these steps:

  1. Open iPhone “Settings”
  2. Tap your Apple ID (at the top)
  3. Tap “Subscriptions”
  4. Select Omni Widgets
  5. Select “Cancel Subscription” or change your subscription plan

Note: After canceling, you can continue to use premium features until the end of the current subscription period.

3.4 Free Trial

  • If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription after the trial ends
  • You can cancel at any time during the trial period without any charges
  • Unused free trial periods will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription

4. Refund Policy

  • All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store
  • Refund requests must be submitted through official Apple channels
  • Refund policy follows Apple App Store regulations

5. User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree to:

  1. Not use the App for any illegal purposes
  2. Not attempt to crack, reverse engineer, or bypass the App’s security measures
  3. Not abuse App features to interfere with other users or third-party services
  4. Be responsible for the content of widgets you create

6. Intellectual Property

  • The intellectual property of the App and its content (including but not limited to code, design, icons) belongs to the developer
  • The intellectual property of widgets you create belongs to you
  • You authorize the App to store and display widgets you create on your device

7. Disclaimer

7.1 Service Availability

  • The App is provided “as is” without guarantee of continuous availability
  • We may suspend services due to maintenance, updates, or force majeure

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App
  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the past 12 months

8. Agreement Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time
  • Significant modifications will be notified in advance through in-app notifications or official channels
  • Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement

9. Termination

  • You may stop using the App at any time
  • If you violate this Agreement, we have the right to terminate your access to the service
  • Upon termination, fees you have paid will not be refunded (unless otherwise required by law)

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. In case of disputes, both parties shall resolve them through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people’s court in the developer’s location.
